Rick leads the US IT Real Estate Deployment Team at PwC responsible for delivering integrated workplace technology solutions for the Firm’s almost 90 practice offices, over 80 client site teams, and 250 annual off-site meeting events. Leveraging his graduate work in Psychology and Project Management, experience as a counselor, 30 years in Project Management in multiple industries, and a few entrepreneurial endeavors he has been able to bridge the gap between the construction and IT teams. The partnership process Rick has developed runs from site selection, lease review, space design, construction drawings, build out, and new office Day One and ensures a truly integrated workplace solution. The success of Rick’s approach caught the attention of the Firm’s global leaders and he is now consulting with international teams to help them accomplish the same. Rick is bringing technology integration to the forefront of every office design discussion.
