Peter Barnett has been actively involved as a commercial real estate professional since 1997. Peter currently serves as a Director of Real Estate for PwC, acting as a trusted advisor to partners and leaders on key real estate decisions that impact the success and profitability of the business. He oversees multidisciplinary teams on projects ranging from minor renovations to major strategic relocations of Class A office space. Peter also leads a variety of special projects including due diligence evaluation and integration services related to real estate decisions during mergers and acquisitions. Peter focuses on providing unique solutions on real estate issues that arise from rapidly changing global business environments.
Prior to joining PwC, Peter was Vice President and co-owner of J.A. Barnett Realty Group, Inc, a Florida based boutique brokerage and consulting firm. He facilitated millions of dollars of commercial multi-family and retail transactions, as well as serving as regional property manager for multiple property types. Peter also serves as a Senior Instructor for the CCIM Institute, teaching courses on real estate finance and commercial leasing in a variety of formats and locations around the globe. He has been involved in instructional design and course development for CCIM, and holds leadership positions on both a Chapter and National level.
