With a background in anthropology, Angela brings a unique, research and user-centered design perspective to HKS projects that highlight understanding the human experience of design.
Her ethnographic approach to research captures the experience of users in built environments. This approach facilitates user engagement, promotes leadership investment and informs design to anticipates errors, considers user expectations and enables organizational evolution.
