Technology is dramatically changing how work is being done. More and more organizations are thoughtfully shifting their workplace strategy and the workplace design to better enable them to proactively address change. There continues to be great success through the investment to create work environments which emphasize a balance of collaboration and focus through different settings.

However, understanding the effectiveness of these work environments tends to remain an afterthought, usually addressed only after a “fire” emerges (too little space, too much space, cost management, etc.,). Essentially, your employees are voting with their feet, through their use of different spaces. Do you have the tools and methods to measure and understand what they are telling you?

This session will help attendees to answer the following questions:

  • What is a Utilization Strategy?
  • Why it is important to develop a utilization strategy now?
  • Where to start?
  • What tools are available to help you?
