Guided Tour & Cocktails - Monday, September 12 4:30 - 6:30 pm
Tour included with AWC Registration, RSVP is required.
The American Society for Interior Designers HQ office was designed to support employee health, wellness, and well-being, and to facilitate collaboration, productivity and engagement, and this project is on track to achieve both LEED and WELL Platinum certifications as part of the organization’s health and wellness goals. The office exemplifies the concept of choice in the workplace, and as a free address workplace, ASID employees have a variety of individual and collaborative workstations, and a variety of meeting rooms to choose from depending on the type of work they are working on. In addition, the ASID office is a living laboratory, as ASID will continue monitoring the ambient conditions of the office and conduct post-occupancy evaluations to apply research into practice. ASID is committed in sharing this journey towards health and wellness, the innovations in workplace design, and the lessons learned with the design community.
Learn more about this innovative project with a guided tour and enjoy a cocktail to end your busy Monday. You must be registered for the AWC to attend, and you will have the opportunity to RSVP on the AWC registration form.
Location: 1152 15th St, NW, Suite 910, Washington, DC 20005
After the tour concludes, make your way down the street to Sette Osteria for the opening Thought Leaders Dinner!
